Hard copy of this dictionary was published by "Školska knjiga" - Zagreb in June 2005 and edited by Jadranka Hađur in cooperation of numerous experts in the field of dentistry, medicine, linguistics and lexicography.
The dictionary consists of 720 pages and contains more than 23 000 terms from al fields of dental medicine in English, German and Croatian language.
Indices of terms are added with approximately 50 000 entries in three languages, which enables rapid and uncomplicated translation, regardless of the initial language.
This dictionary is the first dictionary of dental medicine in the Republic of Croatia and is currently the most comprehensive biomedical dictionary in the country.
Up to now, there are only 19 multi-language dental dictionaries in the world (source: United States National Library of Medicine).
In 2006 this dictionary was awarded the
Republic of Croatia National Science
Award.
